LNS Services, part of NorLand Limited, is a Mechanical Construction/Engineering firm. We are looking for a CWB Certified Field Welder for Industrial Construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret welding procedure specifications from blueprints
- Operate Manual/semi auto and full auto welding equipment
- Weld structural steel and be able to follow NDT requirements
- Heavy equipment repairs on large excavators, dozers, and loader buckets
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Ability to adhere to quality control systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Industrial construction and/or a recognized equivalent International Trade Qualification combined with education, designations, and Red Seal certification is required
- Must have valid CWB-SMAW
- Class 5 License is not required, but considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn
- Excellent time management, prioritization, multitasking and extent of skills and competencies required to achieve the goals of the position
Expected Wage Range: $32.91-$46.87 per hour
